Betting and Game Rules
This page sets out the rules that decide how bets, spins and live rounds are placed, settled and paid at Spinking Casino. Read it with our Terms and Conditions and the rules held inside each game.

Rules that apply to all play
These rules cover every stake placed on this site, from a single spin to a seat at a live table. They sit alongside our Terms and Conditions and the terms of any bonus credited to your account.
- You may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are closed, and play funded through them may be voided.
- You must be 18 or over and the registered holder of the account you play from. We hold a gaming licence and verify the identity of every player, so a payout can be held until verification is complete.
- Play is funded from the balance shown in your cashier. Where you hold both real money and bonus funds, they are used in the order set out in the cashier and in the bonus terms.
- A bet is final once placed. Confirming a spin, a hand or a stake instructs the game to run it, and it cannot be cancelled, reduced or taken back afterwards.
- Stakes and wins are settled in the currency of your account. A win from real-money play is credited to your real-money balance, while a win from bonus funds follows the bonus terms.
- Opening a game confirms that you accept its rules. The help screen inside the game sets out the paytable and the stakes available before you commit money.
How bets and spins are settled
Results are produced and recorded on the game server, not on the device you play from. The record held by the server is final and decides what is paid.
- Outcomes come from a random number generator tested as our licence requires. They cannot be predicted and are not affected by the time of day, your previous stake or the length of your session.
- The in-game rules, paytable and any feature rules shown in the game apply to settlement, including how winning lines or ways are counted and how ties are handled.
- The return-to-player figure for each game is shown in that game's information screen. It is a theoretical long-term average across very many rounds and does not describe what a single session will pay.
- Where the screen in front of you differs from the server record, because of a graphics fault, a cached page or a slow connection, the server record stands.
- Rounds are settled to the balance they were staked from.
Malfunctions and interrupted games
A fault can affect a display, a paytable, a bet amount or a payout. The position is the same in each case: the game is restored to what the rules and the server record say should have happened.
Malfunction voids all pays and play
Where a game, its software or the connection to it malfunctions, every pay and every round affected is void. Stakes from an affected round are returned to the balance they came from, and any amount credited in error is corrected.
- If you are disconnected part way through a round, log back in to the same game. An unfinished round is either resumed from the point it stopped or settled on the server to the result it had already reached.
- Some games settle an interrupted round automatically after a set period shown in the game's own rules, and the result is credited to your balance the next time you log in.
- An amount shown in error, including a pay that no paytable supports, is not payable; we correct the balance and tell you what changed.
Playing with bonus funds
Bonus funds, free spins and any other promotional credit are governed by the terms issued with the offer. Where those terms differ from this page, the offer terms apply to that bonus.
- A maximum stake applies while wagering requirements are open. The limit is shown in the offer terms and in your account; a round placed above it may be void, along with winnings from it.
- Games contribute to wagering at different rates, as set out in the offer terms. Some games are excluded altogether and play on them does not count.
- A bonus can carry a cap on the amount that may be converted to real money and a period in which it must be used; both are shown with the offer.
- Using a bonus to lock in a result, including covering opposite outcomes on a table game, is treated as bonus misuse under our Terms and Conditions.
Live casino and table games
Live tables are hosted by a dealer in a studio and run to the published rules of the table you join. Those rules, the table limits and the side bets available are set out in the help screen at each table.
Dealer decisions and the betting window
- The dealer's call on the table, including the card or number drawn and the point at which betting closes, is the result of the round.
- Bets must be placed and confirmed inside the betting window. A stake that is not confirmed before betting closes is not accepted and is returned to your balance.
- A chip placed in the wrong position still stands once betting has closed.
Errors at the table
- A misdeal, a card exposed in error, a wheel or shoe fault or a studio power failure voids the affected round under the table's own rules, and stakes are returned.
- Where you lose connection at a live table, bets already confirmed in the round stand and are settled to the result reached on the table.
If you disagree with a result
If you think a round has not been settled correctly, contact us before you keep playing the same game. Write to support@casinospinking.co.uk or use the live chat on the site, and we look into it against the server record.
| Detail | Why we need it |
|---|---|
| Game name as shown in the lobby | To find the right round in the server log |
| Date and time of the round, with your time zone | Logs are time-stamped and searched by period |
| Round reference from your game history | It identifies the single round in question |
| What you saw and what you expected | To compare the display against the recorded result |
We answer in writing. If you remain unhappy, our Complaints policy sets out the next step, including the dispute resolution service available to you at no cost.
